18F— FDG PET/CT在头颈部肿瘤中的应用效果评价> 18F— FDG PET/CT(2)
文献报道[6]PET/CT诊断结果有望作为颈淋巴结清扫术的指征，以避免手术的盲目性。siemensbiographsensation16 18F-FDG PET/CT实现了代谢显影和解剖影像的精确融合，可提高头颈部淋巴结转移癌患者原发灶的检出率，早期可发现治疗后肿瘤残留或复发转移灶，对提高肿瘤诊断与分期的准确性，及时调整治疗方案，提高患者的生存率和生活质量有重要作用。肿瘤治疗后3个月适合应用PET/CT评估肿瘤残留或复发转移。
